Quick update for the InAAU Conference in Denver, 4/18/10 thru 4/22/10:

As you are aware, Avaya has purchased Nortel, and as part of that, InAAU will be assimilating the Nortel Users into the InAAU family. This naturally has caused an increased workload to the InAAU Organization, not least of which, is to invite the Nortel Users to attend the InAAU Conference, in Denver, next April. As you can imagine, the Nortel Users will have a lot of questions about their platform and product direction, so InAAU has had to perform some very urgent additions to the overall Conference structure, including additional hotel space, some Nortel added sessions, and inviting some of the Nortel Business Partners.

With the Conference being held in Denver, Avaya's backyard, InAAU is looking to provide some unique items due to the location - stay tuned.

What does this mean to you as InAAU Conference attendees?

It is difficult to define the "target" number of attendees to this years Conference, due to the Nortel sale, but, it is believed the Nortel Users could double our normal attendance. Therefore, an "early" estimate is that we might expect 3500 - 4000 Avaya / Nortel Users to attend.

InAAU is working with all the current listed Conference hotels, and other surrounding hotels, to reserve additional room blocks

When the Conference registration opens (very soon - date TBD), I would recommend booking hotels through the official channel on the website, at your earliest opportunity to be sure to get the hotel of your choice before it is sold out. (see further down for additional hotel review information)


The excellent news, due to the anticipated number of attendees, we are pleased to be able to reduce the Conference rates for this year:
