TRAINING SURVEY
InAAU and Avaya have collaborated on a training survey to improve the InAAU/Avaya customer-based training experience. InAAU members have the opportunity to provide feedback on types of training that provide the most benefit to you as a member. Please take advantage of this survey opportunity to develop new Avaya training programs. The survey will be available for the next thirty days.
Avaya will draw one member name from all the surveys to receive one free instructor-led class.

WEBINARS
The next webinar in our monthly series, “SIP In The Contact Center”, is scheduled for October 23rd. Real life examples of customers’ adoption of SIP into their contact centers and the benefits experienced by deploying an Intelligent Customer Routing solution.
