Art of Evolution/Global Connect 2010

If you haven’t already registered, join InAAU as we celebrate our 25th Anniversary at the Denver Convention Center, April 18 to 22. InAAU has arranged for a great lineup of educational sessions, demonstrations and access to the product experts that build and support Avaya products and solutions.

InAAU is offering early bird registration rates and discount opportunities like never before! Our rates have been reduced from last year, representing the best educational value you can find. Although our group discount rate is no longer available, we have reduced all rates at all levels, providing significant savings for our members.

Special Tour Available

Avaya Global Support Services is extending a special invitation to all conference attendees, to participate in a Tour of the Avaya Technical Center located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. The tour will be held Thursday, April 22nd and will include demonstrations of various tools and technologies, provide an overview of the flow of a trouble ticket or alarm and a visit to the training center. Be sure to extend your travel dates to to participate in this special tour. Seats will be limited, so stay in touch online for more information when registration will be available.

In addition to our current webinar series available to all InAAU members, we have collaborated with INNUA and INSIGHT 100 tm to provide an informative and insightful 3-part webinar series on SIP.

Help Support our Green Initiative!

If you require a paper copy of a presentation, please be sure to print a copy before arriving at the conference. Our conference facilities will provide kiosks for online viewing of your agenda planner and session information but will not be able to print. Wireless cafes will also be set up to specifically download data, but please be sure to bring a USB key.

Meeting Notes for Jan 29th-

Thank you for all the ORaug members and presenters that attended on January 29th.

We would like to give additional thanks to:
• Jack from AVAYA presenting "Avaya/Nortel Update"
• Jerry from AVAYA presenting “AURA”
• Pam from PAETEC presenting “SIP”
• Rick from Cerium Networks presenting “96xx VPN”

All presentations submitted to ORAUG will be available for download at ORAUG.com soon. And thanks to Derek from OSU the video presentations will be available.

One of the activities called "Round Table" gave each member a chance to share a little about their business/site along with some projects currently being worked on. It looks like this was a great success again. Thank you.

If any member would like to follow up with some suggestions maybe in reference to the material, length, donations, dates, Mission statement, logo or anything else- please use the Suggestions link and complete the form.

Next ORaug Meeting will be April 30th, 12:00-4:30. We do expect this to be a light one as many are part of the INAAU Conference in April. An INAAU update will be sent soon.

In our ongoing efforts to improve customer satisfaction, the enhancement to "View All Notices" under Product Notices and "View All Documents" under Documentation has been added to the Support site.
